Click on the “About Excel” button. In the screen that pops up, at the top you will either see 32-bit or 64-bit. Take note and download the correct Power Query add-in version accordingly. Power query comes pre-installed in Excel 2016 but has been renamed to “Get & Transform” and is under the Data tab in the ribbon. Remove duplicate rows. To open a query, locate one previously loaded from the Power Query Editor, select a cell in the data, and then select Query Edit. For more information see Create, load, or edit a query in Excel. Select a column by clicking the column header. To select more than one column press Shift + Click or Ctrl + Click on each.
